The vest has as many as 4 posts - each of which weighs approx. 2.5 kg , so you can freely adjust the weight in the range up to 10 kg. This allows you to adjust the weight to individual needs and level of advancement. The inserts are secured with Velcro that keeps them in the right place.

Filled with a special spherical granule, thanks to which the inserts are soft and adapt to the shape of the body.

Note: We used steel balls of regular shapes to fill the inserts, thanks to the fact that the inserts are soft and conform to the shape of the body. Steel, unlike lead cargo, is completely safe for health.
