Performance mask is equipment designed to increase your strength and endurance. It improves fitness and efficiency, forcing the body to exert itself.

It is perfect for training disciplines such as: running, martial arts – MMA, triathlon and cycling. When put on, the Performance mask simulates conditions similar to those high up in the mountains, where the air is thinner and our bodies have to work harder.

The applied resistance plugs cause pulmonary resistance by restricting airflow to the lungs. This forces us to take deeper and fuller breaths, which enables us to strengthen the respiratory muscles (the diaphragm and intercostal muscles). The mask is light, sits comfortably on the face, does not compress and does not cause discomfort during training.
