Training hooks for weight lifting
Hooks for pull ups are designed to support the hands and forearms while lifting weights and to prevent the weight from slipping out of the hand while lifting it. The hooks can be used both during the "deadlift" and during other exercises that require support for the grip strength and forearm muscles, for example pull-ups on a bar or exercises on the upper pulley.
Training hooks are made of highly hardened steel, thanks to which they withstand even very heavy loads. In addition, they are covered with pleasant to the touch non-slip rubber, thanks to which the weight does not slide.
Fully adjustable Velcro fasteners make it easy to adjust the wrists, and the lining sewn into the straps prevents chafing and provides comfort during training even with heavy weights.
