DBD-G-2 deadlift training hooks
Training hooks are designed to relieve the hand when lifting a barbell, for example during deadlifts. Using hooks increases safety during training, and prevents the student from lowering the barbell.
Hooks provide more effective training of large muscle groups (eg back and back muscles) by using higher loads and more repetitions. Hooks help you perform multiple sets of exercises when the grip can no longer withstand the load and slips out of your hand.
Hooks can also be used when doing pull-ups.
High quality materials and strong construction
The hook holder is made of high-quality steel, which ensures resistance to bending, and covered with an anti-slip coating to increase comfort during training.
Gymnastics leather is used under the steel handle to protect the hands from pressure and wear.
Wrist protection
The hooks in the wrist area are covered with soft foam, which stiffens the wrist and protects against pressure when training with heavy weights.
Strong polyester tape and strong Velcro ensure the stability of the hooks, and prevent them from slipping during exercise.
An additional strap can be used to secure the weight in addition.
