Training dummy for grappling, MMA is designed to reproduce the shapes of the human body as accurately as possible, enabling realistic training of throws, levers and chokes.

A dummy designed in this way will be perfect for MMA training, judo and wrestling .

Strong materials

The training dummy was made of reinforced synthetic leather, and all its neuralgic areas (armpits, crotch) were additionally reinforced with a layer of elastic natural leather.

All elements of the dummy, which are subject to many bends and tears, are made of elastic natural leather, which, thanks to its durability and expandability, additionally protects the structure from damage.

 

 

 

 

Durable performance of training manikin

All dummy seams are made with strong core threads that ensure resistance to tearing.

Optimal dimensions and weight of training manikin

The presented mannequin is 165 cm tall and 30 kg .

If necessary, it is possible to weight the dummy on your own using the zipper.

The zipper is carefully secured to protect it and ensure the comfort of the trainer during training.

 

Can be used in standing training

The dummy can also be used for standing training, it can be hung on ladders or as a normal punching bag.

For this purpose, we recommend using additional harnesses that are available in our offer. The harness is not a set and must be purchased separately.
