Safe solutions

The bag of chains is finished with a reinforced swivel that protects the bag against twisting of the chains during impact, which ensures comfortable and safe training.

How to fill the purchased punching bag?

The best way to fill a punching bag is with scraps of material (eg cut clothing).

You get fabric scraps for free from most tailors.

Note: When using sand, its proportion in the filling should not exceed 20%, and in the case of rubber granules, not more than 50% because the capacity of this model is too large for this type of filling and the bag may be too heavy and too hard.

The weight of the bag after filling should not exceed 60 kg.
