MASTER professional mouth guard

 

DBX MASTER teeth protection for boxing or other martial arts is made of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) material, characterized by excellent plasticity and shock absorption.

Thanks to its properties, the TPE material has become one of the best quality materials used in the production of mouthguards. The tests show that the TPE material provides approx. 30% higher shock absorption than traditional mouth guards made of EVA material.

DBX Master mouth guard is designed with 2 layers of TPE material with different hardness.

✅ The inner layer provides very high flexibility when shaping the protector, which ensures a simple and precise fit to the teeth

✅ The outer, harder shape of the protector provides stability and extra protection of the teeth against damage.

 

An extra reinforced compression zone is responsible for better cushioning of chin where the lower jaw hits the upper jaw hard. Such amortization not only reduces the risk of tooth damage , but also weakens the shock, reducing the risk of knockout .

Mouth guard formation instruction:

1. Prepare hot water and pour it into a glass container.
2. Place the protector in warm water for approx.
45 seconds to soften. 3. Rinse in cold water for about 1 second.
4. Put it on your jaw, clench your teeth and start pressing your fingers against the mouth guard to form it.
After removing it from the teeth, you can gently press its front part so that it becomes tighter around the front teeth. 5. Place the protector in cold water or the freezer for approx. 3 minutes.
