The plyometric box is made of high-quality plywood, 15 mm thick, and the inside is reinforced with 2 transverse chisels and steel angles , thanks to which it can withstand even very heavy loads.

The total weight of the box is a whopping 25 kg , which ensures stability and safety during the exercises.

All edges of the PLYO box walls are made in the form of a puzzle , which strengthens the structure and improves safety during training.

The edges of the box are ground to ensure training safety.

Two holes cut in the sides make it easy to carry the box.

The box has been reinforced internally with additional walls that strengthen the structure. Such a solution guarantees stability and safety during training even under heavy loads.
